The Downieville Classic is perhaps the best mountain bike race in the country, blending cross country and downhill mountain biking in a two day, one bike event called the “All Mountain”

2010 marks the 21st Annual Full Vineman Triathlon, making it the oldest independant Ironman distance triathlon held in the continental United States.  Last year Tyler Stewart ruled here.

Ford Ironman Wisconsin takes place in a sports-crazy town that is known as one of the best spots to bike in the United States, along with being the site of the University of Wisconsin, America’s premier “party college.”

This is one of the longest running mountain bike races in the country.  It is a mass start event with over a thousand riders.  The pros get to start in the front row, so look for some fast paced, action packed riding by the LUNA women.
